In a much more positive way, I’ver bought a card to encourage JHJ. I hope JHJ can face his strength and weakness. Therefore, JHJ can encounter his weakness: too low-key and lack of propagation in the entertainment world. I hope he can take part in a good project as soon as possible.

I don’t know why JHJ has chosen SNH as his MC since it’s a small company. But I do still believe JHJ is still fine now in everything he do. Since SNH is his MC, we should believe they will do their best for JHJ and JHJ believe them as well cos JHJ picked SNH by himself. What I can do, I’m still waiting for the “Good News”. Although I’m really sad and disapointed with KOW and SNH.
WuliJHJ, I know you won’t go anywhere cos you’re a JHJ’s fans. Although there isn’t any news and JHJ’s still hiding somewhere, we still support him. Thanks for your hardwork ^^

In business world, everything is confirmed only when the contract is signed. In this case, I think even SNH cannot forsee the postpone or drawback of a proposed project, so KOW stated there would be good news in late JUNE.
I don’t know what has actually happened. Hope that everything is fixed up as soon as possible.

Countless time of thought of what caused JHJ to change company..and why chose SNH?=.=”‘ anyway, please don’t be too despair, although there’s not much news, we fans still got to stay strong together for our JHJ, what matters most for me now is that JHJ stays in good health both physically and mentally;)

flowervase, we have written to SNH several times, the last quite recently, in fact – letter translated into Korean. We asked some questions and made a few suggestions – our translator says this is considered “not good breeding” in Korea. So our letter is most likely consigned to the wasterpaper basket. We will never write them again because it is obviously a waste of time. Other big stars like Bae Yong-Jun have opened their own agencies because they are rich and successful enough. In fact, I remember reading BYJ wanted to recruit JHJ but he declined. Re CFs — a lot of hot air, we suspect (just like all those “love calls” JHJ was supposed to have received before his discharge.)

Please do not give up and keep up the good work supporting JHJ. Even news from other site with your translation is good enough daily news about JHJ. Even old stuff that has been recycle is good enough as long as you have daily posting of JHJ is good enough.
I am sure JHJ is frustrated with his last project in some ways and maybe he could not express his frustrations. Can he be under SBS contract? Or will this do good to his career with his experience with MBC?
Can a volunteer create a website for SNH?
Can we write a letter and have it translated to Korean and then submit to SNH as a whole group?
I read other stars has opened up agency like SNH. Such as Bae Yong Jun, Choi Ji Woo and Lee Byung-hun, Can he not be under one of those agency?
Any news about his commercial endorsement while in hiatus?

I have to admit that i lack this deep thinking …

i enjoy the drama as it is, but at the back of my head, i realize most of the drama are not true…
i want to marry a prince with all the A list combo of romantic, mature, leadership etc..
but i enjoy JHJ dramas so much!!

potraying a wealthy young man, or priest, or growing young man (in Fathers and sons) showed JHJ versatile acting.

I realize your frustration when JHJ is slowing down especially right now, but dont be too upset…

jhcwhite, we are now convinced all that talk about the scriptwriter handpicking JHJ for the role of Han Kang is just a publicity stunt. Now her “Prosecutor Princess” is, in her own words (in an interview), specially tailor-made for Kim So-Hyun. The difference in her treatment of KSH and JHJ is unbelievable!

actually the dream of prince charming meeting the cinderella is every girl’s dream, across different countries and cultures. Every girl grows up reading all the princesses stories, and these girls mature into the ajumas that made up the main group of people watching drama. It’s just that nowadays people are more educated or more exposed to the real world through all kinds of media, hence no longer easily believe in it, and hence making dramas that are more and more true to the reality （写实）。 However, the cinderella dream is the very stuff that has made korean drama popular, and i think that also partly explains why the similar tactics are still being repeatedly used in so many of their dramas. People miss these sort of stories. People miss dramas about dream coming true. Nowadays we have all kinds of sitcom trying to portray the real life, without realising that we actually wanted a outlet away from the real life when watching drama. Somehow korean drama brings people back to the very early naive and happy state of their life, and hence people love it.

about jhj, i also worried about his negotiating power in terms of engaging good projects, when hearing that his MC is small. And it has already happened somehow, from the day he changed MC, all the projects he landed on are small projects, like 3 dads and 1 mom, and even 49 days is considered a pretty small project with low production cost, even though they most probably won’t use him if not because of the insistence of the scriptwriter. So sometime i think, no matter how unsatisfied i’m with 49 days, maybe we should still thank the scriptwriter for choosing jhj…who knows, maybe the other projects that approached jhj were much worse given the small MC limited capability (frankly, i think 3 dads & 1 mom is much worse), maybe that’s why he took so long before starting to act again.

But ofcourse there is no excuse for the MC to lie to fans, or maybe not purposely, but that also shows that they don’t really care about the fans feeling. Or maybe the MC is just too too small with limited manpower, and now they’re being full force at another actor/actress’ projects and no time to care about all other actors who are not working at this moment. However, big MC also has their problems. Often we hear about stories of how big MC mistreat their actors, and so many lawsuit flying around between big MCs and their actors who tried to break away from their hold. Maybe that’s why jhj wanted to break free from his previous MC at all cost. Maybe he is really happy now. He must have calculated the risk and lost that would happen at that time, and hence well-prepared to face it. I think he probably choose to be an actor with more dignity and autonomy than one who is being manipulated by big MCs. I still optimistically wish that he is happier now, though he probably unlikely to clinche any big and good projects for the time-being (or maybe ever). But like what he has said, he no longer wish to be a big star, but wish to be a good actor. He has prepared for all this.

This is my guess:
There’s another side of JHJ that we do not know of. Maybe he prefers a slow-paced career? Why does he stay with a small company when he can always move on to a bigger one? Are there other entertainers being managed by SNH? If they do, are they big stars?

We’ve always known that JHJ tends to hide when he’s not working. He doesn’t like promoting himself. He’s an alien! He may have changed, but not that much.

But I am mad at SNH because it is their job to promote JHJ, and they’re not doing a good job of it. And the KOW admin, I’d like to w_ _ _g his/her n_ _k for treating us like idiots!@#&*!!!

If the supposed good news is indeed a project that didn’t materialize – yes, I am disappointed; but I can also imagine how equally (if not more) disappointed JHJ is. Maybe he’s up in the mountains venting his disappointment/anger by engaging in extreme physical activity?

Being a JHJ fan is indeed frustrating most of the time, but what can I do? Whether I am happy or not being his fan, he is the only actor whose acting can make me stay glued to my computer/TV screen…. so I will continue to support him!

wuliJHJ, at least your sense of humour is still working.

Wuli, I feel like crying too….

I started visting other actor’s fan sits, there are full of information, photos. I can feel how happy those fans are becuase the actors really love their fans, they leave messages on official site, DC gallery, twitter, me2day, mini homepage almost everyday even they are very busy.

Three years ago, I was so happy to be JHJ’s fan. But since last year, I kept on worried about him, before and after ’49days’. I wonder why I became an unhappy JHJ fan. Will this situation get better in the future? No one knows!!!
