The guy who was saved from drowning and the long-haired girl (the one JHJ calls noona) are the siblings, I think. The long-haired girl is either the gf of the eldest brother (the one who drowned) or has a one-sided love with the eldest brother. Don't understand Korean either, just speculating based on body language and JHJ's eye and facial expressions. MinAe, the noona here is not biological noona.
