“49 Days”: About the ending

This week “49 Days” will bring an unexpected but satisfactory ending.
With only a week of broadcast left, “49 Days” has been giving viewers one climax after another in its second half. The scriptwriter did not leave the question whether Shin Ji-Hyun can live till the very last moment of the last episode. In Episode 18 just as SJH is about to give up, she unexpectedly receives the other two teardrops of love. According to the rules of the 49 days traveller, she gets to live again.
The Scheduler has told her that if she succeeds to regain life, she will not remember anything that happened during these 49 days when her soul has been using Song Yi-Kyung’s body. That means she will forget the betrayal of Min-Ho and In-Jung and also the love between Hang Kang and her, as well as the story of SYK and Song Yi-Soo.
All this time the story has centred on how JH can live again. Now at the end the focus shifts to whether the revived JH can find true love and expose evil – this is more interesting and attractive. Everyone is looking forward to the conclusion this week – how it will be both unexpected and satisfying.

If I may put my two cents in, it is highly improbable that Han Kang and Ji Hyun would end up together after all the beautiful endearment moments that Han Kang and Yi Kyung had. The royal pair will last till the end, hope so. If HK and JH will be a couple at the end of this drama, it will not be a favorable ending for me though.
I can’t take it anymore! How could you guys do this to me! I’m hanging on the edge of my seat and loving every glorious, beautiful, miserable moment of it! Oh how I love this drama! I don’t want it to end, but at the same time I just have to find out if those two souls come together, if love and patience triumph! This drama has every element that allows for complete entertainment. Oh how I love all of you for so beautifully portraying these characters, and giving them life in such a way that each one of them will be unforgettable! Naturally I will be hoping that 49 Days will come out on CD in the not too far away future.(hint,hint) It would also make a really incredible movie. Hopefully to perhaps be released in the US?(sorry I’m too greedy) What I really mean to say is thank you for the most incredible entertainment I have experienced in quite a long time. Gardeniarose, “49 Days” will definitely come out on DVD in Korea and Japan (only Japanese subtitles.) I’ve bought Korean DVD of dramas with English subtitles (very expensive.) After it is shown in other countries, many will release DVDs with subtitles in their native language. But not in the U.S., I’m afraid.
hmmm, I like Han Kang and Yi Kyung together they have more chemistry, also Yi Soo and Ji Hyun are more compatible… Hope the two pairs will end up together..I LOVE K-DRAMA simply the BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
