I think most of Koreans do not have patience to watch such a slow moving drama, even if it’s getting interesting. I feel sad that we cannot do anything to rescue the rating!!!

It is so frustrating to see so many useless things going on in the drama when it could have been better spent in developing the line of HK and YK….

Making JHJ take off his clothes is not enough (Cheap trick!) and it’s not even after washing windows! The scriptwriter is really taking her time, but viewers have very short attention span. So far there are little ups and downs but nothing that completely holds our interest or tugs at our heartstrings.

We are not surprised there is no improvement (actually a slight relapse) in the ratings. When will the powers-that-be realize it is a MAJOR mistake to keep JHJ sidelined? LYW is going a good job, but it is obvious she cannot carry the drama on her own. So far there has been no emotional climax in “49 Days”. If SBS does not want 49D to end up #1 – from the bottom – they’d better do what the producers of “Grand Ambition” (Daemang) and “Sunshine” did to boost ratings (successfully!) — drastically increase JHJ’s screen time!
