I guess part of the reason First Love’s story didn’t click with me (and with many JHJ fans) is that I can’t believe that the lead female would ignore JHJ’s Han Young-woo who is so much more outstanding (in looks and in character) than the lead male (sorry, can’t remember the name!). Instead of First Love, the title should have been Love is Blind in reference to Jo An’s character who is blind to Young-woo’s outstanding qualities and to the lead male’s flaws.
