michelle, we left them a message on June 3 but to date have not received any response. Give them some time. After all, they’ve only been in business for 12 days. Maybe they are overwhelmed by all the messages left by JHJ fans. How do you expect them to respond to daily sign-in and things like “Good morning”?

I want to comminucate with the maser of official website. However, I cannot find any place to leave my message to the master. What can I do? Is the official a one way channnel? They post messages and photos, but they don’t receive any feedback.

varandhorn, at which point are you stuck? Please see my reply to prissymom above. That should help you overcome the problems with the Korean. Maybe your Username or Nickname has already been taken. If the Korean that appears after you click SUBMIT is different from above, try using a different Username or Nickname. And remember to click box after Username and Nickname. Good luck!

FYI – If you move your mouse on top of the photo at the beginning of this post (on the Korean Official Website TOP PAGE, not here), it changes to colour. Not bad, huh?

Marise, go to TO HYUNJAE – click WRITE (your name is already there on top). Write the subject and your message – then click WRITE. You need to click 2 more OKs. Your message will appear (with your name.) We tried; it worked.

Hi wulijohyunjae, After I composed a message “To Hyunjae” my message appeared without my name on it.
So I repeated it again and indicate my name on it, however, after I clicked write, everything seems to be fine.
Any technical difficulty on your part?
