Love Story
wulijohyunjae | August 24, 2009 | 7:00 amYou all know that during the break in filming of “G.P.506″, Jo Hyun-Jae took on an unusual assignment. He was the lead male model in the Andre Kim Fashion Extravaganza which was staged in Wuxi, China, on July 12, 2007.
That was the first time JHJ set foot in China (not counting Hong Kong) but, hopefully, not the last. His legion of fans are growing with the showing of “Only You” on Hunan TV in November-December 2008.
My favourite part of the Andre Kim fashion show is something that I call “Love Story”. There is definitely a story in there somewhere (in the video at the start of this post), acted without words and accompanied by a haunting song. You have to exercise your romantic imagination. The clothes are beautiful; the music is beautiful; above all, the lovers are beautiful, especially our JHJ.
Very dramatic, and the song is really hauntingly beautiful even if I don’t understand the lyrics. The gown is beautiful, HJ’s clothes is quite good really considering that it is an Andre Kim design. But maybe it looks good only because our HJ is the one modelling it (hehehe)! I don’t much like HJ’s footwear, it ruined the “look” for me . It would have been better if the boots (?) is not as thick-soled as it looks on the video.
Andre Kim must hold a patent of these shoes/boots. His male models all wear these shoes (either black or white) year after year.
wuliJHJ, you’re right about the boots! i saw another andre kim fashion show with Jang Nara in it, and her male counterpart (i don’t know who he is) is wearing the same boots and almost the same white outfit JHJ wore in the video clip above! they also did that kiss-on-the-forehead thing. you’re right about JHJ being the only one to still look gorgeous and not look ridiculous in Mr. Kim’s clothes, because Jang Nara’s partner looked like a vampire (honestly)!
Come on, prissymom! Let’s not be nasty to other actors. I don’t know whom you’re referring to, but I’m sure his fans think he looks as fantastic as we think our JHJ looks adorable.
