Strong warrior, strong force

These photos are from the Korean Army website and show soldiers in military training. As you can see, the training is very rigorous. Their slogan (from the bottom of each photo) is: Strong warrior, strong force.
Our Jo Hyun-Jae must have gone through this drill. You can imagine how the Korean army trains its soldiers physically, mentally, emotionally, and psychologically.
Rumour has it that JHJ has been transferred to a desk job (because of his promotion to Corporal?) No more night patrols (that’s how he was injured recently), no more night exercises.

I am sure our JHJ is very glad of his promotion to corporal. But I wonder if he is as happy with the transfer to a desk job. He seems like a man who thrives on action, the athletic and outdoorsy type despite his gentle and poised demeanor. Does that mean he will no longer be working with the dog that accompanies him on his night patrols? Awwww, that’s sad, we know how much he loves dogs.
I hope JHJ has more spare time for reading and learning. Desk job is good for him.
